We aim to be our customers' first choice in boat rentals, sales, mooring, winterizing, and refueling services, in an environmentally friendly and protective framework; for that reason Marina Davila management implemented an Environmental Management System with the following objectives:
❖ Identify every environmental aspect affecting our services and the environmental impact they generate in our surroundings.
❖ Prevent pollution during the performance of all company activities, paying special attention to the protection of the marine environment.
❖ Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements as well as other environmental requirements subscribed to by the organization.
❖ Minimize the environmental impact of the activities carried out in our facilities by both operating personnel and users of the same.
❖ Raise awareness among operational personnel and all interested parties, by promoting this policy and good environmental practices, as well as communicating periodically our organization's environmental performance.
❖ Continuously improve the effectiveness of our Environmental Management System.
Achieving these objectives requires the participation of all MARINA DAVILA SPORT staff, who will have Management support at all times for the correct and efficient development of their tasks.

OurMarina's environmental management system is approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, in accordance with the environmental management system standard ISO 14001:2015.

Thecettificate was approved in 2006, and its expiration and renewal will be in 2021.
At MARINA DAVILA, S.L. we implemented an Environmental Management System based on the UNE en ISO 14001:2015 standard, to show our solid environmental sustainability by controlling all aspects and impacts of our activities and services regarding the environment, and publicizing environmental achievements.

In accordance with the provisions of the Company's Regulatory Compliance Protocol, all our activities shall be environmentally friendly, promoting the adoption of preventive measures by all agents involved in the company's activities .
In this regard, the Company's Professionals shall:
3.1 Be familiar with and comply with the requirements of the environmental protection legislation and regulations applicable to the professional work they carry out.
3.2 Use and exploit raw materials and natural resources rationally, taking into account their optimization and promoting energy saving.
3.3 Minimize the generation of waste and treat it in accordance with current regulations, promoting reuse alternatives to controlled disposal.
3.4 Minimize the production of emissions, noise and disturbances in the environment, reducing as much as possible the inconvenience to the citizens.
3.5 Comply with the security measures established to prevent and avoid unauthorized access to the Company's facilities.
3.6 Fulfill functions and responsibilities within management systems, as well as try by all means to obtain quality and environmental certificates deemed appropriate by the Company for its business activities.
3.7 Collaborate as required by the authorities to develop, promote and implement internal Company rules which are necessary to protect the environment.
3.8 Ensure compliance with this Protocol by all personnel who, in the course of their professional work, participate in actions that are potentially harmful to the environment.
3.9 Make this Protocol known to all personnel, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other external professionals with whom it interacts, demanding compliance from all of them.

La Marina has the distinctive "Q", Commitment to Tourism Quality".
The "Commitment to Quality in Tourism" label is the support that accredits compliance with the requirements established in the methodology and recognizes the effort and commitment to quality and continuous improvement, while distinguishing the tourism service from the competition. The distinction is valid for two years, although it is subject to an annual follow-up evaluation.
